Living Consciously Meditation retreat program is developed to explore and experience both theoretically as well as experientially, the various time proven techniques of meditation sourced from authentic traditions of yogic system. This program is suitable for all aspirants of yoga, meditators, Yoga teachers and therapists.


This is a 100-hour retreat program designed to provide everyday tools to assist you in dealing with your mind and its complexities. It is also an opportunity to set aside time for yourself, and discover your true nature. The Retreat will be a beautiful and rhythmic blend of asanas (Yogic postures), pranayama (Hatha yogic breathing), mantras, meditation and pre-meditation techniques sourced from tradition of Tantra, Upanishads, Raja yoga and Kriya yoga. Focus of this retreat program is to study and experience the process of meditation systematically with incisive insight into the philosophical, psychological and therapeutic dimensions of meditative process. This entire program will deepen the understanding of yoga Living consciously Meditation retreat doc aspirants, teachers and therapists about various techniques of meditation and will equip them with sound knowledge of philosophical background of yogic system.


Meditation as widely understood is not a set of techniques or ritual rather it is a state of experience of evolved mind. It is a phenomenon which happens as a byproduct of Yogic journey. A holistic or integrative approach of yoga is recommended to actualize this state of consciousness and potential of evolved mind in meditative state through various techniques of Hatha yoga such as Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Shatkriyas as well as time proven techniques of Raja yoga, Mantra Yoga and Kriya Yoga.


Experience of retreat will culminate into a sound and authentic understanding of Yogic system as well as deepening of awareness and experience of meditation; to aid one to live life consciously and mindfully. Exploration of various meditation techniques will enhance and enrich the understanding and teaching of aspiring teachers and therapists and will add a new perspective to their class teaching.
