Practical (Hatha Yoga)


Component-1


Asana:Pawanmuktasana Sequence 1, 2, 3 (Preparatory Hatha Yoga motions), Standing up and Managing Asana Sequence, Backwards Translation Series, Ahead Bending Collection, Vajrasana Collection, Meditation techniques Asana Series, Intro to Sun Salutation, Astanga-Vinnyasa movement.

• Main Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa.

• 3 Bandhas (locking system) and Maha Bandha.

• Drishti (Stare)

• Vinyasa.

• Ashtanga Vinyasa Outlook.

• Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Shatkriya.

• Hands Mudras, Head Mudra, Prana Mudra with Complete Yogic Inhale (Consciousness on physical (level).

• Jalandhara Bandha.

• Neti.

Asana: Including information and knowledge of Sadhana, Surya Namaskara: Synchronizing breathing and motion, Chandra Namaskara (concentrating on the important elements of Chandra Namaskar movement, tempo etc with the inhale), Vajrasana collection, Standing sequence, Managing series, Backwards Bending series, Onward Bending sequence, Twisting sequence, Inverted series, Deep breathing asana collection:

• Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Shatkriya

• Discussion on how to include Bandhas as well as Mudras together with in pranayama.
